Why my account/order is on pending

When an account/order shows pending for more than one hour, this means that our automated approval system could not be able to approve the account because:

  • Registration fields have not been completed correctly - When new account/order is made please make sure all the fields are correctly, otherwise, your order can be on pending until one of our agents manually verifies the order.
  • Invoice has not been paid - Once a new order is placed you will be automatically redirected to the invoice, click CHECK OUT (on the top right side ) to pay the invoice. Once the invoice is paid will automatically change to PAID. After the payment is made and the invoice still shows UNPAID this means that something is wrong with the order and our team will need to manually verify the order.
  • Payment failure/delay - Some information you have entered did not match, our system always check to prevent fraudulent transactions.
  • Email address is not verified - If the email address is not verified our system can hold order on pending until the email is verified.
