What is FileZilla?
FileZilla is free software for transferring files over the internet. FileZilla can be used to transfer files between computer accounts.
How do I connect via FileZilla?
First, you will need to create an FTP account, you can find more details on how to create additional FTP account
Locate FTP Account is in the Files section (usually on the top)
Once you click on FTP Account you will be redirected to a similar page as shown below with all your FTP Accounts
To find the full details about each account, on the right side click on Configure FTP Client that will display FTP server and port
As you can see in the above screenshot FTP Username, FTP server and FTP port are displayed. If you wish you can download FTP Configuration File and add it to FileZilla without the need to retype the login manually, however, we will not cover this now.
If you don't have FileZilla it can be downloaded from their website https://filezilla-project.org
Open FileZilla and type FTP hostname, Username, Password and Port and click Quickconnect. Once you click Quickconnect it should connect straight away.
