We do not just terminate an account without having a good reasons of doing it. Bellow you can find some strong reasons why we terminate an account
- Terms and Conditions are not respected (e.g. Infringes on the intellectual property rights of another User or any other person or entity, promotes, encourages or engages in any spam or other unsolicited bulk email, promote illegal activities...etc)
- Invoice - If the invoice is not paid on time we will automatically terminate the service, however, before we doing that we send three reminders over the associated email.
- Verification - We don't usually ask for verification but If we notice strange activity on your account we will ask for verification (We only ask for verification in some cases such as: free services, payment requirement, unusual activity...etc) If the documents we required do not much your account we will terminate your account.
When an account is terminated we first suspend all the service associated with the specific user. If our team decide that the account must be closed (or reported) than we will take action to do it.
If your account has been terminated and you think it was an error please contact support as soon as possible.
